Subscriptions needed for UNLOCKING DOORS. Cheap seat leather that cracked within two years (we are PERFECT car maintenance people - always looks brand new) A service and B service lease charges are a racket. The wireless charger buzzes nonstop - the dealer "never heard of that". We buy beautiful cars and maintain them well. Custom ordered, all the bells and whistles. This is our second and LAST Mercedes. We never should have traded in our old one.

"Mercedes-Benz Oxford"
I have got a letter about a Mercedes airbag recall.
I had an appointment at 21/12/2022 which I got 2 weeks before the date. The lady there said it’s about a 4 hours job so I can leave the car there. I think an emergency system airbag change is an important recall - In spite of that after 2 days of not hearing from them, I went there and they told me that unfortunately the plug of the airbag what they ordered wasn’t good so they couldn’t do it. They didn’t even call me and said that they tried to call but the phone number wasn’t right (which is the same as before and they always could call me before) They said they will do it after Christmas and will call me when the correct plug arrives. Still no call. So it’s a 1 star from me. Obviously when you have to pay a bill they are quick and you are the first with no waiting.

Dealt with Martin (As have done previously) and no question went unanswered, always impressed by the professionalism and warmth of all the staff, a credit to Mercedes and will continue to do business with, and recommend them.

"Mercedes-Benz Liverpool staff are…"
Mercedes-Benz Liverpool staff are absolutely awful, I have spoken with 3 different people today alone trying to solve a simple query - a receipt for the purchase of my vehicle (you expect a receipt for a small purchase let alone a 30k car) but to no avail. This has been on-going for months. They are quick to sell you the cars and take your money but their aftercare is none existent. I was actually being mocked on the telephone by their staff, So infuriating, unprofessional and an absolute disgrace. Sort your staff out Liverpool.

What an awful company

Having had 6 Mercedes cars previously, my latest experience with this company means I will NEVER buy another Mercedes vehicle again

"Alloys corrode within Five years POOR QUALITY"
I purchased an AMG GTS and after four years one of the four alloy wheels has corroded.The dealership has found no damage, car is always kept in a garage/underground car park( i.e. not exposed to the elements),has only done 25,000 miles.
I am being told by Ola-kaellenius assistant that I should pay for repairs.
Mercedes is suppose to be A QUALITY product WHAT A JOKE!

"First class experience with Mercedes…"
First class experience with Mercedes Chelmsford. I’d had a minor knock on the CLA I’d bought in January which didn’t look good and needed repair.
Rae was incredibly helpful and arranged for me to bring the car in and kindly arranged a replacement car for me to use.
Tee then took over from here and was very courteous and helpful in getting everything set up for me.
Will be amazing to have my car back looking brand new in a few days, very appreciated.

"Super Sana"
my day had not gone particularly well with a particularly obstructive surgery receptionist who made me feel as if this was not going to be a good day. How wrong I was, because Joy of Joys I attended the parts dept. at Mercedes, Cardiff Gate where I was attended to by Mr. Sana Khalil. He was absolutely brilliant; Helpful attentive, friendly and an absolute credit to his company. my faith in humanity restored I went on to have a good day

Don’t buy a c class convertible from Mercedes’.

They have a problem with the roofs! Design problems. I’ve been left with a broken roof which Mercedes’ refuses to rectify due to bad design of c class.

Do not purchase! You will regret and Mercedes’ takes no good will even though they know it’s their faulty design.

On the 15th November I lodged a written complaint to MB regarding my 11 month old S class. The response? Nothing.
On the 22nd November I called MB. The response? Unfulfilled promises.
On the 29th November I attended MB UK HO in Milton Keynes. The response? There is no one from either customer services or the complaint team in today...
Would I recommend a friend or family member buy a Mercedes Benz? No response.

International Breakdown (NON) Assist!!

My 2 year old E400D All Terrain broke down in France 4 weeks ago. Car still in the Mercedes garage, not repaired. Now being brought back to UK for evaluation and repair to start (parts not even ordered yet). Even repatriation will apparently take 2 weeks.

I had to get my family and luggage home myself and still not reimbursed.

Even making swap of hire car for pool car as difficult as possible.

Car, when it works, is lovely. Customer Experience is utterly appalling.

"Mercedes breakdown"
First time in 20 years of buying Mercedes cars that I have had to use Mercedes breakdown. RAC arrived within twenty minutes and spent two hours trying to get me back on the road. Couldn't find a new tyre for the car so got me to Mercedes Lincoln. On returning home a text asked me if I wanted a hire car. It arrived in just over an hour and it was the same model as mine but a higher spec. Five star service from Mercedes breakdown

"Mercedes customer service in Ireland…"
Mercedes customer service in Ireland leaves a lot to be desired. I have a three years old S Class with just 50,000km covered. Some of the internal switches have started to disintegrate (seemingly not that unusual if you search online). Mercedes Ireland don’t want to know and certainly don’t want to help. I also have a couple of BMWs and had a 7 series before the S Class. No way BMW would treat a customer like this.

"**AVOID MERCEDES BROOKLANDS WEYBRIDGE**"
Horrendous experience. Brand new Smart ForFour EQ failed within 1 week. Full loss of all electric power. Rejected the car. Over 3 months later still waiting for our £17,000 refund. Mercedes of Brooklands Weybridge are truly the worst retailer I have ever conducted business with for customer aftercare. They accept your money but trying to get any refund is ridiculously difficult.
