"Unlocking Requires Subscriptions..."
Unlocking doors requires subscriptions. The leather seats are cheap and started cracking after just two years (and trust me, we take care of our cars - they always look pristine). The lease fees for A service and B service feel like a total scam. That wireless charger? It buzzes like crazy - the dealer claims they’ve never heard of such a thing. We always go for beautiful cars and keep them in top shape. We custom ordered this one with all the extras. This is our second and FINAL Mercedes. We really shouldn’t have traded in our old one.

"Mercedes-Benz Recall Experience"
I received a letter regarding a recall for a Mercedes airbag. I had scheduled an appointment for December 21, 2022, which I got two weeks in advance. The woman at the service center mentioned it would take about four hours, so I left my car there. I believe that changing an emergency system airbag is a serious matter. However, after two days without any updates, I decided to check in. They informed me that the airbag plug they ordered was incorrect, so they couldn’t complete the work. They didn’t bother to call me, claiming they tried but had the wrong number, which is the same as before—funny how they managed to reach me previously. They promised to fix it after Christmas and said they’d call when the right part came in. Still waiting on that call. So, I’m giving them a one-star rating. It’s funny how they’re super quick to get your money but slow when it comes to service.

"Outstanding Support from the Team"
I worked with Martin again, and he answered every question I had. I'm always blown away by the friendly and professional vibe from the staff. They really are a credit to Mercedes, and I’ll keep doing business with them and telling others about it.

"Staff at Mercedes-Benz Liverpool are a real letdown"
The team at Mercedes-Benz Liverpool is just terrible. Today, I chatted with three different folks trying to get a simple thing sorted out—a receipt for my car purchase. You’d think they’d have that ready for a 30k vehicle, right? But nope, no luck. This has been dragging on for months now. They’re quick to sell you a car and grab your cash, but when it comes to aftercare, it’s like they vanish. I even got mocked over the phone by their staff. It’s so frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly, a total disgrace. Get your act together, Liverpool!

"Terrible experience with this brand"
This brand has really let me down. After owning 6 Mercedes cars in the past, my recent encounter with them guarantees that I won't be purchasing another Mercedes ever again. The cars are of poor quality, and the customer service? It's basically non-existent.

"Poor Quality: Alloys Rusted in Under Five Years"
I bought an AMG GTS, and after just four years, one of the alloy wheels has started to rust. The dealership says there's no damage, and the car's always parked in a garage or underground, so it ain't exposed to the weather. It's only got 25,000 miles on it. Now, I'm being told by Ola-Kaellenius's assistant that I need to cover the repair costs. Mercedes is supposed to be a top-notch brand—what a joke!

"Top-notch service at Mercedes Chelmsford"
I had a top-notch experience with Mercedes Chelmsford. After a little bump on my CLA that I purchased in January, it needed some fixing up. Rae was super helpful and set it up for me to drop off the car, plus she sorted out a loaner for me to drive in the meantime. Then Tee took over and was really polite and supportive in getting everything organized. Can’t wait to get my ride back looking fresh in just a few days, really grateful for the help.

"Amazing Service from Mr. Sana"
I was having a rough day, thanks to a really unhelpful surgery receptionist who made me think it was gonna be a bad one. But boy, was I mistaken! I swung by the parts department at Mercedes, Cardiff Gate, and met Mr. Sana Khalil. He was fantastic—super helpful, friendly, and just a real asset to his team. My faith in people got a boost, and I ended up having a great day!

"Avoid the C-Class Convertible from Mercedes"
Steer clear of the C-Class convertible from Mercedes. They've got issues with the roofs! It's a design flaw. I'm stuck with a busted roof, and Mercedes won’t fix it because of the poor design of the C-Class.
Seriously, don’t buy one! You’ll end up regretting it, and Mercedes doesn’t show any goodwill, even though they’re aware it’s their design that’s at fault.

"Filed a complaint on November 15th..."
On November 15th, I submitted a written complaint to MB about my S class, which is just 11 months old. And what did I get back? Crickets.
Then on November 22nd, I gave MB a ring. The reply? Just empty promises.
Fast forward to November 29th, I showed up at MB UK HQ in Milton Keynes. And guess what? No one from customer service or the complaints team was around today...
Would I suggest a buddy or family member to get a Mercedes Benz? No answer.

"International Breakdown (NON) Support!!"
International Breakdown (NON) Support!!
About a month ago, my E400D All Terrain, which is just 2 years old, broke down while I was in France. It's still sitting in a Mercedes garage, and they haven't fixed it yet. They're now sending it back to the UK for assessment and repairs, but they haven't even ordered the parts yet. Even the process of getting it back is gonna take around 2 weeks.
I had to figure out how to get my family and our luggage back home on my own, and I still haven't seen a dime in reimbursement.
They've made swapping my hire car for a pool car as tricky as they could.
When the car is running, it's fantastic. But the customer service? Absolutely dreadful.

"Mercedes Roadside Assistance Experience"
In all my two decades of owning Mercedes vehicles, this is the first time I've had to call for their breakdown service. The RAC showed up in about twenty minutes and worked for two hours to help me get back on track. They couldn't locate a new tire for my ride, so they took me to Mercedes Lincoln. When I got home, I received a text asking if I needed a rental car. It showed up in just over an hour and was the same model as mine, but with a fancier spec. Gotta say, I was impressed with the service from Mercedes breakdown!

"Customer Service Experience with Mercedes in Ireland"
The customer service from Mercedes in Ireland really falls short. I've got a three-year-old S Class that’s only done 50,000 km. A few of the internal switches are starting to break down (not exactly rare if you look it up online). Mercedes Ireland seems uninterested and definitely isn’t keen on offering assistance. I've also owned a couple of BMWs, including a 7 Series before this S Class, and there's no chance BMW would handle a customer this way.

"STEER CLEAR OF MERCEDES BROOKLANDS WEYBRIDGE"
What a nightmare! My brand new Smart ForFour EQ broke down in less than a week. I lost all electric power completely. Had to send the car back. Now, over three months later, I'm still waiting on my £17,000 refund. Mercedes at Brooklands Weybridge is honestly the worst place I've ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. They take your cash, but good luck trying to get your money back—it's just absurdly hard.

I put down a £2000 deposit for a car, and then I got an email saying the car is sold. 🙁😩👎🏻 This service is just terrible! I can't trust any Mercedes dealership after this. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
